With antibiotic resistance eroding H. pylori eradication rates, this
PRISMA-guided systematic review synthesizes evidence on probiotics as an adjunct or alternative

A review of why non-selective TNF-α inhibitors failed, and even worsened,
multiple sclerosis, and how the discovery that TNF signals through two opposing receptors (TNFR1,
which drives demyelination and apoptosis; TNFR2, which promotes remyelination and neuroprotection)
reframed the target. It focuses on atrosab, a selective TNFR1-blocking antibody that
reduced symptom severity in animal models of MS.
